What’s included

Complete Health Intake

A comprehensive 1 hour virtual consultation where we will discuss your health history and how you got to this point. I will then make initial recommendations to get you started, including at-home labs if necessary.

Monthly 1 hour Consultations

Your subscription includes (3) 1 hour virtual consultations. This will allow us to make changes as needed, answer questions and support you through the whole process!

Reading of At-home Labs

Functional Medicine Lab testing offers a unique perspective inside the body and highlights specific imbalances that may be holding you back from discovering the healthiest and strongest version of yourself. All labs are done within the comfort of your own home and mailed to the lab in a prepaid envelope. Results will then be yours to keep.

(At-home labs are purchased separately and not included in package price)

Result Assessments

Once labs results are completed, we will meet virtually to review findings and discuss what that means for your health. The lab results will be yours to keep.

Handouts & Shopping lists

Clear and easy to read shopping lists and handouts that apply to your specific plan.

Personalized Plan

You will receive a customized plan just for you including but not limited to recommendations on the following:

  • Personalized detoxification protocols

  • Recommended sleep protocols

  • Stress reduction techniques and support

  • Exercise recommendations

  • Individualized nutritional supplement protocol and recommendations

  • Time-lines and progress reports

Weekly Check-ins

Questions are a natural part of any education journey and I truly want you to succeed! I will check on you weekly to see how you are doing and answer any questions you may have. You have access to unlimited email support between check-ins, so you have support every step of the way!
